Dark Transfer Paper

Ink: For inkjet printer/water pigment ink

Size:A4

Advantage: Transfer directly on 100% cotton cloth, no fade and no peel off while launder comfortable ,Natural and soft

How to print?

1.       Pulling out the paper by holding the edge or corner to prevent fingerprints on the glossy surface .

2.       White side is the printing side

3.       Before printing ,make use to set the following

1.      Check the nozzle of the print head is in goods status

2.      Don’t Mirrored the image to printing

3.      Choose general paper or photo quality Inkjet paper

4.      Set best quality in driver options

5.      If you are using Epson stylus C63/C80/C82 with original printing ink ,Reduce 25% of   yellow color in drivers options.

6.   Cut it into the preferred shape

4.       Wait for 20 minutes ,and don’t touch the prints surface .

5.Take off the paper from back side(call it paper-B)and cut it into the preferred shape

 How to transfer?(using plain press machine)

1.Preheat t-shirt about 3 seconds to exsiccate humidity

2.Put the prints onto the T-shirt ,and then put the paper-B (glossy side face to the prints)onto prints.

3. Set the heat press machine as below

1.Temperature:190---200

2.Time:20—25seconds

3.Pressure: more thank 6bar /85psi

4.  Machine call and Immediately turn on machine handshake and take off the white paper

If you want a glossy surface ,use the back of adhesive about 5 seconds on heat press machine,Take off the paper and Done

Washing cloth for the first time(after 72 hours)

5. Remember to turn over the t-shirt

6.wash t-shirt in cold or warm water and moderate washing powder

1.       Don’t use bleaching agents

2.       Don’t twist with force

3.       Naturally dried

4.       Don’t use iron directly on the prints

Paper storage:

1.       Keep away from direct sunlight ,store under shadow

2.       use the paper as soon as possible when opening ,otherwise store it under shadow and dry place.
